The room was exceptionally clean and updated, besides it had a microwave and a refrigerator, just in case. It had very comfy beds and a sparkling clean bathroom.

the staff was helpful and the setting was good. we were happy to find longhorn steakhouse 300 ft away, where we could eat. we enjoyed masters inn kissimmee from the moment we entered. unique base for trip in orlando.

The location is fantastic – close to Disney parks, Orlando, and even heli-tours! 🚁 the weather was gorgeous and it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go.

The front desk clerk was very understanding to the needs of my husband, He has had a stroke and needs a handicap room. There was no way to request this on the booking site, The bed was extremely comfortable, Although the pillow cases had to be swapped out because I found human hair on both king size pillow cases,,WHY? I always check the bed out as soon as I get into the room...Also the comp breakfast is not all that....and the coffee cups are so little...LOL...for the most part it's a really super reasonable motel. And the car is right outside your door, The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. For a one night stay it's fine,,,NO frills>>>

They advertised continental breakfast, on the Booked.net website and on the marquis. They did not provide a continental breakfast, so we had to purchase additional meals. We tried to rent a key for the safe, but the key did not fit, so we had to lock some things in the car.

It was a good choice for sightseeing in Kissimmee; we had much fun. the staff was fast and outstandingly friendly. - the location was nice - so close to the flight path. - We liked the breakfast.

This motel is very old in need of repair and renovation. King beds are hard to find on a budget, but this one was a terrible sleep. The desk char back was broken and falling off and the toilet wasn't bolted to the floor! Our last stay there for sure.

This hotel was definitely worth it for the price. We stayed at the Howard Johnson in Orlando for the 1st few nights, but when we had to pay their regular rate ($90) for additional days we switched to the Masters Inn. The masters inn hotel room was cleaner and the amenities were about the same, friendly staff. Really for $35-40 bucks a night they do a great job.

The room was well-maintained with 2 beds. This location was unbeatable. - Just next door to Walmart as well as the flight path. - An air mall was 2 miles away from the venue. Overall it was a great experience staying at Developer Inn Express Fundamental in Kissimmee!
